2010 Global Education Conference
The website globaleducationconference.com is a great resource to read what other educators and students across the world have to say on a variety of topics. I read a session on the Student Track by Jackie Gerstein. Her article was about ANSER Charter School in the USA. This was an interesting article because I do not know much about charter schools even in the United States and this gave me an interest and opportunity to explore the idea in depth. The article was about a presentation which is featured on anser.weebly.com/index.html A group from the school presented ideas about Human Rights and celebrating it world wide. They did a great job of communicating how this effects every person in ways we never realized. I was impressed with the students ability to use different forms of media and keep the attention high through the presentation. This website is chalk full of ideas and concepts that are thought provoking from any educational standpoint and should be referenced by anyone whether they be a common citizen or a professional educator.

Interesting post. This conference is not the one I asked you to investigate. That one was http://k12onlineconference.org/. How did you discover this conference? It looks interesting... and it certainly has a large number of excellent speakers!
I like that you listed links that readers could follow. Do you know how to make those links clickable? Let me know if you need help doing that.
